Harsimrat Kaur Badal has virtually inaugurated the “Zoram Mega Food Park” in Mizoram.Zoram Mega Food Park will benefit farmers, growers, processors, consumers and prove to be a big boost to the growth of the food processing sector in the North East Region.
Zoram Mega Food Park:
It will provide employment to 5,000 people and benefit around 25,000 farmers.
Park will get additional an additional investment of Rs250 crore 30 food processing units.
It will led to a turnover of about Rs. 500 crore annually.
It has dry warehouse of 3000 metric tonnes capacity and cold storage of 1000 metric tonnes.
